By placing an order you agree to all terms and conditions.
Out of stock items
Our online shop works in the same way as a normal craft shop. If the item is not in stock at the time you visit, you won't be able to buy it. We do our best to keep as much in stock as possible.
It is sometimes the case however, that more than one person will have the same item in their shopping basket when we only have one left. When this happens, we will notify you by email. You can then decide whether to receive the item as soon as we get the product in stock again for no additional postage charge, or to have that item removed from your order and the value refunded to you.
If you require a specific item and would like to know the current level of stock we hold please contact us at info@craftdelights.co.uk prior to purchasing to item.
Acceptance of your order
Craft Delights reserve the right to refuse any order submitted. In this case, a full refund of any monies received will be given.
Postage and packing
We charge a flat rate postage cost of £2.50 on every order.

Shipping your goods
We aim to offer a fast service and are currently dispatching orders within 1-2 working days.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
As all goods are posted using Royal Mail, actual delivery times will vary, but are usually between 1-2 days but please allow up to 15 working days for delivery (This is in accordance with the Post Offices guide lines).
A certificate of posting is always obtained.
Orders received after
If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your goods for any reason, we will let you know and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
When your order is ready, we will email you to let you know that it is being dispatched.
Refunds and returns policy
If you wish to return your goods for any reason, please email us within 7 days of receipt.
When returning your goods, please enclose a copy of your invoice, indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition.
If the item(s) returned came in sealed packs, these must be unopened.
You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us.
Once the product(s) is received and evaluated to be clean and without marks or damage, a full refund can be processed. Refunds will be issued using PayPal.
If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please email us within 7 days. We will replace or refund you for the damaged goods as required. We will also pay the normal First Class/standard parcels cost of returning your goods.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
Privacy policy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we will only collect information about you to be able to send you your order and contact you if we have a query.
We never pass your details on to anyone else.
